Each session will be different, we may be sprinting outside,doing circuits inside,speed walking/jogging outside or strength & flexibility inside.

The first Fitness Boot Camp will be between 7.15pm - 8pm on Monday & Wednesday,so for a full 45 minutes you get a super fat burning workout, with me Andy King.

The cost of 4 weeks is only £99, this works out at just over £12 per work-out, compare that to one on one personal training and you would be paying £35 - £45 per session, so its great value for money, or if you look at it over a month; 8 sessions with a personal trainer would cost you over £360.
