This is ongoing training which includes regular one hour, one to one workouts, with fitness equipment supplied, weight

WEDDING PACKAGE
The wedding day is getting ever closer and you want to look in the best shape you can.
Four months before the big day, we work with you on up to four one-to-one training sessions per week.
The sessions include four nutritional consultations and a health and fitness assessment, regular weekly updates via phone
or email and body composition analysis every two weeks.
